You have what it takes! With guidance, you will listen to your imagination and intuition. You will use just scissors, glue sticks, and provided hand-cut imagery to make collages on cards that reflect personal pieces of YOUR story and enhance your own creativity and resiliency in the process.
SoulCollage® is a creative tool developed by Seena B. Frost for self-expression and personal growth. It involves making a deck of collage cards reflecting different aspects of oneself using intuition and imagination. This practice encourages self-acceptance and exploration of one's journey. Despite its artistic nature, it's accessible to everyone. Each card holds layers of discovery, inviting journaling, visualization, and readings to deepen understanding. Used globally in various settings like workshops and therapy, it boasts nearly 5000 trained facilitators worldwide.
